Palmdale City Library’s Poetry Discussion Led by Local Poet

The Palmdale City Library will host the next meeting of the free Holistic Poetry Program led by local poet Lida Abramian on Saturday, Jan. 4 at 3 p.m. at the Library, located at 700 E. Palmdale Blvd.

“Start off the New Year by inspiring one another through the reading, writing, and discussion of poetry,” said Library Associate Amanda Arnold. “We encourage you to bring your favorite poems or your own works to share.”

The Holistic Poetry Program meets the first Saturday of every month at 3 p.m. New members are welcome to attend.

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
