Mystery Book Club to Discuss Frames

The Palmdale City Library’s Mystery Book Club “Murder, Mystery & Mayhem” will discuss the book Frames by Loren D. Estleman on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 7 pm in the Chimbole Cultural Center, 38350 Sierra Highway.

The first book in Estleman’s “Valentino Series,” which grew out of a series of short stories initially published in a mystery magazine, Frames follows UCLA film archivist Valentino as he tries to solve a murder in order to save a long-lost film.

The Murder, Mystery and Mayhem Mystery Book Discussion Group meets the third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Chimbole Cultural Center. The group is open to anyone who enjoys a good mystery.

For more information, please call the Palmdale City Library at 661/267-5600 or TDD 267-5167, or visit www.cityofpalmdale.org/library.
