Kaleidoscope Art & Music Festival Seeking Vendors and Partners

PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale’s Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for a variety of event participants for the seventh annual Kaleidoscope Art & Music Festival, a unique event that celebrates the arts in the high desert, coming to the Palmdale Amphitheater, 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd., on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission and parking are free for attendees.

If you are an artist, crafter, hobbyist, or student group looking to display and/or sell your wares, you can apply at www.KaleidoscopeArtFestival.com. The deadline to apply is August 15.

Professional artists will have the opportunity to display, demonstrate and sell their work and host in-booth painting demonstrations. Student, novice, or hobbyist artists may be selected to display only in the Art Light Exhibit. This category is open to groups, classes, schools, art instructors, and individuals.

Culinary, home and beauty artisans may apply for the Fresh Made Market, perfect for cottage industry and farmers market vendors who specialize in handmade candles, home scent products, skin/body care products, baked and canned goods, salsas, pesto's, sauces, and traditional farmers market products.

Crafters offering all handmade or personally designed items will have the opportunity to sell products such as fashion accessories, hand crafted children’s toys, home goods, pottery, macramé, and more.  Space is limited, applications will be juried, apply now.

Visual and Performing Art studios and schools from the local area are encouraged to come celebrate the arts with us.  Agencies are encouraged to provide studio or school information, display their participants works or offer a demonstration.  The event is a great place to connect with those wanting to get more involved in the arts.

Kaleidoscope is a community favorite event that features diverse artful experiences, including local and regional artisans, live musical entertainment, art displays, live muralists crafting spectacular works, in person painting and craft activities, food, craft beer, and wine.
