The Microenterprise Business Assistance Program is a City of Palmdale Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program that offers a ONE-TIME GRANT up to $10,000 to help assist Palmdale small businesses that were adversely impacted by the COVID-19 local emergency.

Who Can Apply?

Owners of Microenterprises

• Businesses located within the City of Palmdale
• Businesses with five (5) or fewer employees (including the owner)
• The owner is of low to moderate-income
• Current City of Palmdale business license
• Business opened on or prior to February 29, 2020
• Business can not be home-based 

The program will run on a first-come, first-served basis. The application acceptance period opens on June 7, 2021.
