The City of Palmdale has always valued its relationship with the business community. Effective October 5, 2020, we are pleased to announce some changes to our business licensing procedures that are designed to streamline the process for remitting fees to the City. The City has contracted with the HdL Companies to provide assistance to the business community for all of their business license needs.
The HdL Business Support Center will provide the business community with support for all aspects including application, payment, certificate issuance, and general support for your business needs. The City and HdL are working closely to ensure a seamless transition with little to no impact on our business community.
The Business Support Center will also offer a variety of online support options allowing for filing and paying of business licenses online as well as obtaining copies of forms and other relevant information.
